This document contains the terms and conditions governing use of the jqk22 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the jqk22 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and jqk22 as the platform operator. This platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information you provide is true, accurate, and current.
Jqk22 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time with reasonable notice to users. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on jqk22. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information submitted during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date whenever changes occur.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. jqk22 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Identity Verification
Jqk22 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure account security and compliance with platform policies. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in restrictions on account functionality until the verification process is complete.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Permitted Use
You agree to use the jqk22 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity under Malaysian law is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to hack the system, using unauthorised third-party software, or manipulating game outcomes.
Prohibited Activities
- Using bots, automated scripts, or unauthorised third-party software to access or play on the platform.
- Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.
- Creating a new account after an existing account has been suspended or closed by jqk22.
- Attempting to abuse the platform's bonus or promotional systems in any way.
- Interfering with, disrupting, or damaging the platform's technical infrastructure in any way.
Payment & Transaction Information
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on jqk22 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including online banking, e-wallets, and bank transfers. Minimum deposit amounts and transaction requirements apply per payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
Deposit Processing
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe stipulated for your chosen payment method. jqk22 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions. If funds are not credited within the expected timeframe, you are advised to contact customer support with proof of payment.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed once all requirements are met, including completed identity verification and no active queries on your account. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as your jqk22 account. jqk22 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before processing large withdrawals.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements and terms stated separately for each offer. Attempts to abuse the bonus system — including registering multiple accounts or coordinating with other users — may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension. jqk22's decisions on all bonus-related matters are final.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Jqk22 Liability Limits
Jqk22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses from gaming activity, service disruptions, or technical errors beyond our control. The platform is provided "as is" without any guarantee of accuracy or continuous availability.
Account Suspension & Closure
Jqk22 reserves the right to suspend or close any account with or without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, or illegal activity. In cases of closure due to a breach, any remaining account balance may not be returned, depending on the circumstances and outcome of the investigation. Users whose accounts have been closed for breach are not permitted to register a new account.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, trade names, and software on the jqk22 platform are the exclusive property of jqk22 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites. jqk22 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.
Governing Law & Amendments
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the jqk22 platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. jqk22 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
